1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use rich1988 services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement in the jurisdiction of your residence.
• Register only one account only per individual. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or deceiving the system is strictly prohibited.

• Being fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.

Rich1988 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified period may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

2 Deposit & Payment Methods

Rich1988 accepts a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia to make your deposit process convenient. All deposit transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and direct bank transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes after the payment has been confirmed.
• All deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Rich1988 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction such as a receipt or screenshot. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

3 Withdrawal of Wins

The withdrawal process at rich1988 is designed to be fast and straightforward. We understand that players want to receive their winnings promptly, and that is our commitment.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, for security and compliance purposes.
• Accounts that have not completed the KYC process may experience withdrawal delays until verification is finalised.
• Rich1988 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be placed on hold while an investigation is conducted.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
