About Us – rich1988, Malaysia's Favourite Online Gaming Platform

Rich1988 was built on one simple belief — that Malaysian players deserve an online gaming platform truly made for them. Not a platform hastily translated from another language, not one that ignores local payment methods, and not one that makes players wait hours just to withdraw their own winnings.

From day one, our team has focused on three things: a seamless user experience, uncompromising security, and genuinely responsive customer support. These aren't just taglines on our website — they are the working principles of every person who runs and builds the rich1988 platform.

The team behind rich1988 is made up of people who know the online gaming industry inside and out — experienced software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, product managers with international platform development backgrounds, and customer support agents who understand the needs and culture of Malaysian users. It is this combination of expertise that allows us to build something truly different.

We Understand Malaysian Players

One of the key things that sets rich1988 apart from other platforms is our deep understanding of Malaysian players. We know that most players use their smartphones as their primary device. We know that FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost are the most widely used payment methods. We know that users value a clean, intuitive interface in Bahasa Melayu without having to guess what any instruction means.

This understanding doesn't come from assumptions or desk research alone. It comes from continuous feedback from our player community, from careful analysis of usage patterns, and from our team's commitment to always listening to what users truly need and want from an online gaming platform.

That's why deposits on rich1988 take less than a minute. That's why winning withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. That's why our customer support team can chat in both Bahasa Melayu and English, and is always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including on public holidays.

Commitment to Fair Play

Game integrity is at the core of everything we do at rich1988. Every game on our platform uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) system audited by internationally recognised independent certification bodies. This means every game outcome is entirely random — no manipulation, no hidden edge beyond the published return percentages that are openly disclosed.

We are equally committed to responsible gaming. The rich1988 platform provides personal limit management tools that allow players to set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. We believe gaming should be enjoyable and controlled entertainment — not a source of stress or financial difficulty.

Rich1988 never stands still. We are always looking ahead, planning improvements, and exploring new opportunities to deliver greater value to our player community. In the near term, we will continue expanding our game catalogue, introducing social features that allow players to interact with one another, and further enhancing the speed and reliability of our payment systems.

We also see enormous potential in more immersive mobile gaming experiences. With Malaysia's high smartphone penetration and the expanding rollout of 5G, the rich1988 platform will continue to be optimised so that playing on mobile is just as good — if not better — than playing on a desktop.

Most importantly, we will keep listening. Every suggestion, every complaint, and every piece of feedback from our player community is the fuel that drives continuous improvement at rich1988. This journey is not ours alone — it is a shared journey with every member who has trusted and supported this platform.
